- Contact and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, the products you’re interested in, and your message.
- Kitchen drawing requests: your contact details, details about your project (such as the type of kitchen, location, timeline, size and budget range), and any floor plans, sketches or photos you upload.
- ServSafe class sign-ups: your name, business, email address, phone number, class preferences and, for schools and hospitals, a purchase order number.
- Snow cone product orders: your name, company, email address, phone number and the flavors you’re interested in.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes and kitchen drawings, register you for classes, handle your order, and send the newsletter you asked for. We don’t take payments or store payment card details on this website.
Information collected automatically
When you browse our website, some information is collected automatically:
- Website analytics: We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.
- How you found us: Our store software (WooCommerce) sets cookies that record how you arrived at our site, such as from a search engine or another website, so we can see where quote requests come from.
- Approximate location: Our form software records the approximate location (such as city and state) of each form submission, based on your IP address.
- Spam protection: We use CleanTalk to block spam. When you submit a form, information such as your IP address, email address and message may be checked by CleanTalk’s service.
- Server logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and running well.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website uses:
- Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga) to measure how the site is used.
- WooCommerce cookies (names starting with sbjs_) to record how you arrived at the site.
- A form cookie (_wpfuuid) set by our form software, WPForms, to support its features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run our website and business, such as our website host (Kinsta), email delivery service (SendGrid), spam protection (CleanTalk), analytics (Google) and email newsletter provider. They may use your information only to provide their services to us;
- with equipment manufacturers, only to register extended warranties; with freight carriers, only for drop shipments; and with installers, only when installation is needed; and
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions, quote requests and uploaded files for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your project and maintain our normal business records.

- Your information: You can contact us to ask what personal information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
Children’s privacy
Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
